Yet, still those desperate to grow their hair are reluctant to arrange regular trims. We can’t stress this enough; regular trims will result in longer, healthier hair that can be maintained in great condition.
When it comes to creating bespoke hairstyles for our clients, we make sure we understand your lifestyle at home, ensuring that any style is tailored to your own priorities and preferences. Be sure to share with them all that could have affected your mane in the last few years, including home dyes, chemical straightening or perms and extensions. This will allow us to better understand your needs and recommend products and treatments that will work for you. This is particularly relevant if you’re looking for a new hair colour, Bristol, as they will be able to better judge the overall condition of your hair.
Ok, so for many of you this is probably a no-brainer, but if you are running more than five minutes late, or you won’t be able to make the appointment after all, please do let us know. We’re human too, and we know life can get in the way at the most inconvenient of times, but when you are significantly late without warning it can affect your hairdresser’s schedule for the rest of the day, to the point where they may even need to cancel. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy at Central Studio, so please do remember to contact us if you need to rearrange. We also take a 50% holding deposit for appointments lasting longer than three hours, so bear that in mind when booking your appointment.
We love our clients to bring in photos of looks and inspirations they’re after, and even have a salon iPad to search for their ideal look. This certainly helps give us more of an idea of what you’d like and allows both us and yourselves to have realistic expectations of the end result. Our stylists work hard to break down the barriers of communication and are honest when it comes to what is achievable. If you show us a photo of your desired look, we will offer realistic timeframes, taking you on a hair care journey over the next few appointments for the ultimate end result. We pride ourselves in offering a bespoke, professional service that makes sure people leave the salon feeling fantastic. However, occasionally wires get crossed, and miscommunications happen, meaning for whatever reason, you’re not happy with the style you’ve ended up with. IF, this very rare circumstance happens to you, please let us know you aren’t happy so we can fix it. We would much rather you were honest with us if something isn’t quite how you imagined, and will work hard until you are happy with your style.
Here at Central Studio, we use only the finest of products to help us create a bespoke style or colour for our clients. This includes the revolutionary system, SMARTBOND, which protects and strengthens hair during technical services, including bleach and hair colour. This system consists of three components, the first two being used in the salon and the final one at home. Our stylists are passionate about what they do, and only recommend products that they know will optimise your look.
