Here are some questions and answers to help you make an appointment online

How do I book an appointment online?

How do I book a service?

Choose from any of our styling or technical services. Once you have selected your desired service, our available Stylists and Colour technicians will appear and you then choose your desired team member.

Once you have clicked on your team member, click on the "Add Service" button.

Click the "Next Button" and availability dates will be offered to you.

You can also use the calendar to choose you preferred date.

Once you have chosen your date you will need to sign into your account or sign up for a new account.

How do I choose the stylist I want?

You can choose your preferred stylist and our booking software will show you the available dates they are free to book.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Cancellation is really easy. All you have to do is sign into your account and click on the upcoming appointment and just hit on the "Cancel" button.

Please note that there is an online cancellation period of 72 hours beforehand.  You will need to telephone the salon to cancel your appointment to avoid any late cancellation charges.
