Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be hectic and it is sometimes necessary to cancel your appointment. If this is the case, 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is appreciated. For any service that takes longer than 2 hours or with selected stylists, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellation of any such bookings with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to the full charge if the space cannot be reallocated.


Lateness is unavoidable at times and if you do arrive late for your appointment, your stylist will do their utmost to accommodate you fully. There may be instances, however, where your appointment will need to be rescheduled due to time constraints.

Complimentary Consultations

You may need a hand deciding on the right look for you. Here at Central Studio Salon, we offer a complimentary consultation service for an expert opinion on your hair. Please speak to the reception team to schedule a free 15-minute Luxury Consultation.

Skin Testing

Skin allergy test procedures are for your well being if you are having a colour treatment. Clients who have not had a colour application in our salon in the preceding 6 months are required to have a skin allergy test at the salon 48 hours before their appointment. Please speak to one of our technical team who will be happy to advise you.

Loyalty Cards

We value our customers and award Loyalty points every time you visit the salon for a service. These points can be redeemed for luxury in-salon treatments.

App Bookings

If you are a Central Studio Salon app user, please be aware that your appointment is only confirmed after you have spoken to the reception team or have received a text confirmation.

Personal belongings & valuables

Gowning Procedure

We advise clients to remove all valuable or high-necked items of clothing before their treatment commences. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for any items of clothing damaged during the technical or colouring process.


Our expert technical team are always looking to maximise the strength, health and well-being of our clients’ hair during any technical service performed at the salon. For this reason, we offer the SMARTBOND service, which is specifically designed to protect and strengthen hair during technical services including bleaching and hair colouring. The system consists of 3 components, the first 2 being used in the salon and the 3rd one at home. It is the ideal solution to ensure hair lustre and vitality after your colour treatment.

Doggy Day Care

We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends into the salon. If they have any little accidents during your visit, we politely ask that you take responsibility for cleaning them up.

Gift Vouchers

If you have been lucky enough to receive a Gift Voucher, we would like to inform you that they are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended.  All Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months. Please inform reception of any vouchers you wish to use at the time of booking your appointment.

Central Hair Salon is home to a range of fantastic stylists and hair technicians. We are happy for you choose between them for each treatment, or stick to your favourite!
